We’re a small, focused team committed to excellent support. Here’s what to expect:

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CET (Central European Time)

Response Targets:

  • Critical issues (can’t access account, payment errors, generation failures): 4 hours
  • General support (how-to questions, guidance, non-urgent issues): 24 hours
  • Feature requests and feedback: 24-48 hours
  • Enterprise inquiries: 12 hours

Weekends: Limited support availability. Critical issues are monitored, but non-urgent inquiries receive responses on Monday.
